In the warm spring of March, everything comes back to life. On the occasion of the 12th "World Wildlife Day", in order to thoroughly practice Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization, further enhance the public's awareness of wildlife protection, and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, from March 7th to 8th, 2025, Funiushan Global Geopark and Baotianman World Biosphere Reserve jointly carried out a series of rich and diverse publicity activities for wildlife protection. These activities entered schools and scenic areas, and popularized wildlife knowledge to the public through science lectures, exhibitions, interactive experiences and other forms, achieving a good social response.
Entering Schools: Sowing the Seeds of Ecological Protection
On the afternoon of March 7th, the two sides jointly organized a science education team to enter Neixiang County the Ninth Primary School and carried out a unique science education activity for "World Wildlife Day".

Entering Scenic Areas: Conveying the Concept of Ecological Protection
On March 8th, the "Spring Ten - Thousand - People Mountain - Climbing Season" in Nanyang City and the Opening Festival of Baotianman Scenic Area were grandly held in Baotianman Scenic Area, Neixiang County. At the same time, it was the "March 8th" International Women's Day. Many parents took their children to Baotianman for an outing to enjoy the beautiful weekend. Taking this opportunity, Funiushan Global Geopark and Baotianman World Biosphere Reserve carried out a science education exhibition activity with the theme of "Increasing Investment in Species Protection and Building a Community with a Shared Future for All Life on Earth", aiming to further publicize wildlife protection knowledge.
At the event site, exquisite exhibition stands were set up, publicity banners were hung, and a wealth of brochures, books, and initiative letters were placed. In order to further enhance the fun and interactivity, a publicity slogan and a three - dimensional KT board photo - taking area were specially set up at the event site, integrating various popular elements such as modern Ne Zha, Ao Bing, and the county magistrate.
This science education activity attracted many primary and middle school students to stop and take pictures.
