What you will have:

1. Become a volunteer online science popularization lecturer in Nanyang Nature Reserve and have the opportunity to participate in a large number of science popularization activities in the Dinosaur Egg Fossil Group National Nature Reserve , UNESCO Funiushan Global Geopark and partners and a large number of science popularization activities with partners.

2. Work with experts and scholars to study popular science knowledge on Funiu Mountain’s tectonic system, dinosaur fossils, geological processes, etc., and gain an in-depth understanding of the natural mysteries of Funiu Mountain.

3. Have the opportunity to come into contact with precious dinosaur fossils and remains, and learn about the ecology and evolution of paleontology.

Number of recruits: 5 people

Recruitment targets:

Experience type: Those with volunteer service experience are preferred, and those who love nature and education are preferred;

Academic style: Academic talents in geology and geomorphology, geography, botany, astronomy, humanities and other sciences;

Professional style: Professionals in photography, video editing, media and self-media operation and maintenance;

Lecturer type: Teachers, research instructors or practitioners in related industries are preferred

You need to do:

1. Carry out online science popularization and promotion work in Nanyang Nature Reserve, Henan Province, and organize at least one science popularization lecture or science sharing session;

2. Actively use Internet resources to conduct on-site popularization of knowledge about Nanyang Nature Reserve; (the form is not limited, such as writing popular science articles, producing popular science videos, etc.)

3. Use your spare time to actively participate in science popularization activities organized by Nanyang Nature Reserve. (Note: The service content is not limited to the above methods and can be adjusted according to your actual situation)

Recruitment process:

1. Registration application: Interested parties should fill in the form to register. Filling in detailed information will help increase the chance of being selected;

2. Preliminary list: The staff of Geoparker will conduct preliminary screening of applicants and select the audition list.

3. Video interview: A video interview will be conducted for the candidates, and those who pass the test will be included in the preliminary list;

4. Final list:According to the assessment results, the final shortlist will be selected jointly by Geoparker and Nanyang Funiu Mountain Geopark Management Bureau
