On the morning of February 23, Nanyang Funiushan Geopark and Wuhan Geoscience Tour Information Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the second phase of the popular science lecture on the ground line of Nanyang nature conservation-the Jurassic "Big competition". The online popular science lecture was broadcast live through TikTok platform for 1.5 hours, with nearly 15000 viewers watching online and 1899 viewers watching online at the same time, winning 97800 likes, arousing heated discussion and praise from the audience.

The lecture invited Jian Dandan, an outstanding science popularization volunteer of the Funiushan Global Geopark and a science popularization instructor of the Chiclike Natural Science Popularization Center, to give an online science popularization explanation with the theme of "Jurassic Big Competition". Using the movie "Jurassic Park" as a starting point, we compare the movie and reality, and combine it with the latest scientific research to popularize dinosaur science. "Can Spinosaurus really take on Tyrannosaurus rex? Can we really resurrect dinosaurs? Jurassic Park is mostly Cretaceous animals?" Each interesting question stimulates the audience's interest and ignites the interactive atmosphere in the live broadcast room. At the same time, the lecture also provided popular science explanations on dinosaur egg fossils in Nanyang Nature Reserve, Danjiangkou Wetland, etc. In the second half of the live broadcast, teacher Jian Dandan and "Tyrannosaurus Rex" patiently answered questions from the audience in the live broadcast room to help the audience learn more about dinosaurs. The whole live broadcast was full of useful information and interesting.
